About Martina
With more than 20 years of experience across Human Resources, Business Operations, and Chief of Staff functions, Martina serves as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where she leads the company’s global people strategy and AI enablement initiatives.
Martina is passionate about creating the conditions for people and businesses to perform at their best. Her focus is on building modern HR practices that simplify the way work gets done, strengthen leadership, and create environments where people can thrive.
As AI continues to reshape the way we work, Martina believes its greatest value lies in amplifying human potential rather than replacing it. She sees AI as a way to remove repetitive work so talented people can focus on the judgement, creativity, relationships and problem solving that create lasting value for clients and the business.
Outside of work, Martina is currently completing an MBA with a focus on AI. A former British Champion athlete, she has always enjoyed challenging herself, and most recently, has qualified as a scuba diver despite not being able to swim.
