This summer, Argos Multilingual will be hosting their first Localization Roundtable in their hometown, Krakow, Poland. Taking place on June 4, 2018, the central theme of the roundtable will be Quality and Technology – where is it today and what to expect in the near future.

We are excited to have the following localization experts presenting and leading the various roundtable sessions throughout the day:

Tony O’Dowd

Tony is Founder and Chief Architect at KantanMT.com, a cloud based platform used by some of the largest companies in the world to machine translate billions of words of online content. Prior to this he was Founder of Alchemy Software Development, developers of Alchemy CATALYST, the market leading CAT tool for software and web site localisation. Tony spent three years as a lecturer at Trinity College Dublin, teaching Microprocessor Design and Assembly Language Programming. Aged 50, Tony has a BSC Computer Science from Trinity College Dublin, is a Fellow of the University of Limerick, and is a founder of FIT Ltd., a million government training organization for the long term unemployed.

After a few years in the industry he moved onto different roles, initially leading production teams and then started focusing on delivering solutions.
