Argos Multilingual is heading to #LocWorld37 in Warsaw

This year the European edition of LocWorld will be held in our backyard – Warsaw, Poland.  The theme surrounding the event is all things digital, from AI’s to big data, and the digital transformation happening in front of our eyes. At this year’s event Argos Multilingual will be exhibiting and additionally our internal experts will be presenting during the pre-conference and main conference.

Together with Dan Koeing from Beckman Coulter, Shannon Rose Farrell-Jackson, our Sr. VP of Global Sales & Life Science Strategy will be participating in the Life Sciences Business Round Table during the pre-conference. With new regulation deadlines on the horizon for the life science industry, this track will also include discussions on market entrance requirements as well as challenges faced by life science companies as a whole.

Our Founder and CEO, Kimon Fountoukidis, will be presenting on the topic “Is a Merger Right for Me?” alongside Anna Pietruszka from Summa Linguae. Digesting the two options; mergers vs. traditional acquisitions, the presentation will also dive further and explore the risks and benefits of the two based on the two presenters’ experiences. Kimon’s presentation will take place on the morning of Day 1, at 9 am at the Language Service Providers Track.

On Day 2 of the event, our CTO, Wojciech Froelich will be presenting on “I Want My API”, a presentation focused on exploring the need for customized solutions, in parallel to out-of-the-box solutions. Wojciech will showcase real-life examples of successful integrations between CMS and TMS and demonstrate the importance of have standardization initiatives for APIs.
