This large construction equipment manufacturer was using the Across platform for their translation workflow. They were unhappy with their current translation provider yet didn’t want to switch providers because they were satisfied with the technology in use.
Their Translation Management Systerm (TMS) was decentralized and leading to high costs.
The Goal
The client wanted to find a provider that could easily be onboarded to the system, or one that was already using the system with their other clients. They wanted someone who could help with centralizing the TMS and process in hopes of reduced costs.
The Solution
Argos had 6 Project Managers working routinely in the Across platform. We supplied 2 engineers with platform technical expertise. Over 250 translators trained and experienced with the Across platform (34 languages).
