Our Tandem provides crowd-sourced, real-time feedback to inspire employees and managers to optimize their potential. Built for agile organizations, Tandem enables managers and employees to set and review goals on the go and check in with each other for those all-important 1-on-1 conversations. Their analytics provide the meaningful data HR departments need to influence business strategy and inspire employees to continuously grow and develop.

They recently conducted a global survey of their clients that spanned countries, industries, and generations.

Tandem had been addressing their translation needs piecemeal through freelancers. But with a steady stream of global clients, Tandem was ready to move forward with full-time translation partners. Argos was the first translation company they hired.

The Challenge

When we started, Tandem had clients in 10 languages and 2 variations with more added regularly. Tandem also needed a translation partner with subject matter expertise in the ins and outs of international HR. We started out with a few languages and added more as we went.

This allowed our linguists to be more accurate with their translations and produce work that was in the tone and style of Tandem.
