In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (Official Journal of the EU L 119/1 of 4.5.2016), further referred to as GDPR, we inform you of the following:

  1. The administrator of the data provided by you in this document is Argos Translations Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based at ul. Mogilska 100 in Kraków (postcode: 31-546), phone: +48 (12) 293-03-00, e-mail address: pdr@argosmultilingual.com,
     
  2. The purpose of collecting your data is to fulfill the rights and obligations arising from the employment relationship to which you are party (pursuant to Article 6 paragraph 1 point c) of the GDPR).
     
  3. The legal basis for the collection of the data is Article 221 of the Polish Labor Code.
     
  4. You have the right to access the content of the data and rectify it, delete it or limit processing, as well as the right to object, demand the cessation of processing and data transfer, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (i.e. President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Authority – UODO). Any changes or the withdrawal of consent should be submitted to the following e-mail address: pdr@argosmultilingual.com,
     
  5. Providing your data is a statutory requirement, and failure to do so will result in the inability to perform the employment contract to which you are party and any related tax or contribution obligations.
     
  6. The data provided by you will be forwarded to the Polish Social Security Office (ZUS), the relevant tax office (US) and other eligible bodies authorized to receive them by law.
     
  7. The data provided by you will not be profiled.
     
  8. The data administrator may transfer personal data to its subsidiaries in third countries.  Our subsidiaries maintain the same level of security as the data administrator.
     
  9. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the employment relationship, as well as for the period of:
    (a) 50 years from the date of termination or expiry of the employment relationship, if the employment relationship is established by December 31, 2018.
    (b) 10 years from the end of the calendar year in which the employment relationship was terminated or had expired if the employment relationship is established January 1, 2019 or later.

For the candidate:

  1. The administrator of the data provided by you in this document is Argos Translations Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based at ul. Mogilska 100 in Kraków (postcode: 31-546), phone: +48 (12) 293-03-00, e-mail address: pdr@argosmultilingual.com,
     
  2. The purpose of processing your personal data is to carry out the recruitment process for a position in ARGOS Translations Sp. z o.o. ul. Mogilska 100, 31-546 Kraków, Poland, including the assessment of your qualifications and skills in order to select a person suitable for the position indicated in the recruitment offer.
     
  3. The legal basis for the collection of data is Article 6 item 1 letter c of the GDPR (i.e. fulfilment of legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator) as far as the data provided for in Article 221 § 1 of the Labour Code are concerned.
    In case of sending data exceeding the scope of Article 221 §1 of the Labour Code, the processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6 item 1 letter a of the GDPR (i.e. your consent to processing data provided in the application documents).
     
  4. You have the right to access the content of the data and rectify it, delete it or limit processing; as well as the right to object, demand the cessation of processing and data transfer, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time and the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory body (i.e. President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Authority – UODO).

  5. Providing your data is voluntary, but their non-submission will be associated with the lack of opportunities to participate in recruitment processes.
    In accordance with Article 4(11) of the GDPR and recital 32 of the GDPR, sending application documents is treated as an unambiguous, conscious and voluntary action confirming consent to the processing of personal data for recruitment purposes.
     
  6. The recipient of personal data shall be limited to authorized staff and collaborators, state authorities and institutions to which the Administrator is obliged to submit the Candidate’s data under separate regulations.
     
  7. The data provided by you will not be profiled.
     
  8. The data administrator may transfer personal data to its subsidiaries in third countries. Our subsidiaries maintain the same level of security as the data administrator.
     
  9. Personal data will be processed in this and future recruitment processes at ARGOS Translations Sp. z o.o. ul. Mogilska 100, 31-546 Kraków, Poland, or until withdrawal of consent, however not longer than 12 months since the day the recruitment application was submitted.
